‘Shirogami’ is a wonderful new Viburnum, that is ready to bloom from May until August. It generates a profusion of flat, white flower clusters, that top a bushy, pyramidal growing habit of deep green foliage. Easy to care for and boasting bundles of glossy red berries in the autumn, be sure to incorporate into cottage and wildlife themed landscapes, as well as using as a showy specimen shrub. Keep in partial shade and enjoy watching it reach a height of 150cm, along with a spread of 1m. This low-maintenance and undemanding shrub delivers a stylish display from May to early July, with abundant flat umbels of pure white flowers reminiscent of a lacecap hydrangea. Grow Viburnum plants in a sunny or semi shaded position, in any moderately fertile, well drained soil. Prior to planting, incorporate plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost into the soil. Plant Viburnum shrubs at the same depth as they were planted in their pots. Backfill the planting hole and water well to settle the soil.
