‘Blue Spires’ is a stunning Verbena, that is ready to bloom from June until October. It produces a profusion of candleabra-shaped, purple-blue flower clusters, that perch neatly upon lengthy slender green stems. Popular for its upright, branching growing habit, its elegant form works well at the back of borders and flower beds, as well as incorporating into cottage, cut flower and wildlife themed gardens. Plant in semi shade and watch it flourish to a height of 120cm, along with a spread of 45cm. Upright branching stems produce candelabras of tiny blue flowers throughout the summer months. This eye-catching species is one of the showiest of the hardy Verbenas. Plant Verbena outdoors in a sheltered position in any moist, well drained soil in full sun or semi shade.
