Artek’s Rope chair is a creative design by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, constantly adjusting its shape. Crafted from stainless steel and thick yet supple maritime rope, the chair plays with themes of permanency and fluidity inviting the user to create new ways of sitting. The rope moulds and conforms when leaning back and using the armrests, simultaneously giving support and adapting to the unique body shape of the user.
