Roller Grill MAJESTIC Twin Contact Cast Iron Ribbed Grill
The MAJESTIC is designed for intensive use with the cooking of 192 hamburgers or steaks per hour.
The cast-iron plates have a high power of thermic inertia; after 15 minutes of preheating, the plates restore heat and can be used continuously on a daily basis.
The twin contact-grill MAJESTIC ensures homogeneous and varied cooking, and is recommended for continuous daily use.
The large MAJESTIC model is composed of 2 upper plates and 1 large bottom plate with independent controls.
The cast-iron plates with a high conduction value enable homogeneous cooking thanks to the serpentine-shaped heating elements. These cover the whole cooking surface under each plate.
If this professional contact-grill is a large contact-grill specifically designed for the cooking of hamburgers or steaks in large quantities by its size, it is also used to toast sandwiches or to cook steaks.
The top plates of this professional contact-grill are self-balancing. Each pressure spring is adjustable to adapt cooking to food. This grill is also available with a smooth bottom plate for cooking omelettes, fried eggs, cakes, Swedish breads, blinis, wraps…
