Robot Coupe BL3 High Power Blender
Both powerful and quiet as well as durable, the BL 3 and BL 5 Kitchen Blenders are based on X-Flow technology, for a very fine, very fast result with both small and large quantities.
Produces a wide range of sweet and savoury liquid preparations such as veloutés, soups, sauces, coulis, purées, pancake and cake batters.
The clever design also prevents heat build-up, so nutrients and antioxidants are fully preserved, even when blending for extended periods.
Once you’ve finished, the blade assembly can be removed and washed by hand. The large bowl and all other parts in contact with food can be easily removed and put through the dishwasher.
