Unlike most varieties, Strawberry F1 ‘Toscana’ is day-neutral, meaning it will continue to produce fruit throughout the summer, right through until September. Enjoy a steady supply of sweet, juicy strawberries for months, instead of a single early-season crop. Your plants will establish quickly this summer, yielding a light harvest in the first year and a more abundant crop next year. This collection also includes Incredicrop Growbag and Incredicrop Fertiliser. The growbag comes pre-filled with a specially blended mix of Incredicompost® and Incredicrop® fertiliser, giving your strawberries the best possible start. With bold pink flower in abundance these everbearing strawberries bring bright splashes of pink and red to your garden. Plant strawberry plants in autumn or late spring in a sheltered, sunny position in well manured, free draining soil. Plant strawberry runners every 45cm (18″) in rows spaced at 75cm (30″) apart. Spread out their roots and place them in the soil at a level where the crown of the plant is just poking above the surface. Avoid planting them too deeply as this may cause them to rot. Alternatively try growing strawberry plants in hanging baskets or in specially designed strawberry planters for the patio.
