‘Magnus’ is a vibrant Coneflower that blooms from July until November. It generates an abundance of large, magenta-coloured flowers that stand proudly upon lengthy green stems. They are a magnet for pollinating insects and work well in cut flower, wildlife and cottage gardens. Be sure to incorporate into patio areas, to liven up outdoor seating areas and add a pop of colour. Position in full sun and watch it flourish to a height of 100cm, along with a spread of 60cm. Grow echinacea plants in a sunny or semi shaded position on moist, well drained soil. Coneflowers prefer a deep, fertile soil and will benefit from the addition of some well rotted manure or garden compost to soil, prior to planting.
